Norwegian to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering
Norwegian term or phrase:grunnbevilgnings prosjekter
Technical piece to do with computer software set-up.
Any advice welcome.
Andy (Sorry I mispelt the term initially - it's "bevilgnings")
Explanation: "grunnbevilgning" refers to a basic grant or appropriation of money, usually in the budget of an institution. This is as opposed to incentive grants or project-specific grants. So "grunnbevilgnings prosjekter" are projects covered by such a basic grant. The second reference below mentions a "bilingual basic grant project".
