To banalne, wiem, ale nie mogę wybrnąć: potrzeba czegoś, co pasuje do tego błysku w oku... a "matter-of-fact" i "concrete" już wcześniej użyłam w opisie stylu działania firmy. Proszę o pomoc :-)
