neutral  George BuLah (X): Tłumaczysz to zdanie jak literaturę. "On site" nie znaczy w kontekście - wydobywania na korytarzu, w pobliżu gabinetu gł. inż. elektrowni, ale - na miejscu właśnie, w elektrowni. Niedługo-będzisz sam siebie poprawiał ;). LinkiDoWiki (en-pl):"na miejscu"

  -> Trudno, żeby biomasa przetwarzana przez elektrownię była przetwarzana poza elektrownią - nie o to więc chodzi z tym "na miejscu", lecz o to, że jest przetwarzana w pobliżu miejsca pozyskiwania.
