agree  Angie Taylor: I would stick with "Open". I have never seen "welcomes all comers"

  -> So would I - on the KISS principle, if nothing else. But I have seen such notices - and the asker did ask about ways to solve 'zaprasza', so I tried to oblige! Thank you :-)
