Polish term or phrase: odrzucenie vs. oddalenie (wniosku)
Decyzja sądu w sprawie rozwodowej - odrzucenie wniosku. W uzasadnieniu sąd wytyka przedstawicielowi pozwanej, że błędnie wnosił o oddalenie wniosku (BTW nie jest to jedyna krytyczna uwaga sądu pod jego adresem).

Z tego, co wyczytałam wynika, że odrzucenie to kwestia formalna (np. z powodu przekroczenia terminu albo wniesienia wniosku przez podmiot nieuprawniony), natomiast oddalenie - merytoryczna.
Ale w angielskim to mi nie pomogło ... :(
