neutral  LilianNekipelov: I don't think "dysponowac" is equivalent to "dispose of" only, in this context. Disposing implies transfer, mostly.

  -> You are right. It comprises e.g. administration/management, transfer/disposal. Let's introduce 'manage' before 'dispose of' and we would be ok, not perfect but close
