niżej Explanation: Myślę, że w tym kontekście możesz dać samo "phrenotomy", lumbofrenotomia oznacza IMHO przecięcie lędźwiowej części przepony w celu uzyskania dostepu do kręgosłupa (części lędźwiowej?). W poniższym linku nazwane to zostało thoraco-phrenotomy.
