Moja Kochanka = My Lover, Moja Kochana = My Love

The spelling is definately somewhat off. I would venture to say that we're talking about Moja Kochana (My Love) and not Moja Kochanka (My Lover) - although this is closer to your spelling - because of the fact that this has something to do with a little girl in a garden.

My love or My beloved

If this is about a little girl in the garden then I think tjha we are talking about Moja kohana which means My love or still better (to my mind, of course) Me beloved. Moja kohanka is My lover or My mistress and I think this is definetly not "a little girl in the garden".

moja kochanka

There is misspelling in the given words indeed. If it should be in Polish as I wrote above, it would mean "my lover", but if there should be "moja kochana" what could apply to a little girl in a garden, then it would mean "my dear".
