Polish term or phrase: przygotowanie bliższe i dalsze
Jakkolwiek znaczące jest przygotowanie dalsze i bliższe do małżeństwa, to jednak gdy chodzi o zapobieganie nieważności małżeństw, szczególną rolę należy tutaj przypisać przygotowaniu bezpośredniemu. Obejmuje ono m.in. kanoniczne badanie przedślubne.

remote and proximate preparation (for marriage)
Explanation:
To ensure appropriate, timely and comprehensive marriage education, the human sciences recognise and the church proclaims three stages of preparation for marriage: the remote, the proximate, and the immediate and a fourth or ongoing stage, which continues for couples after the wedding.

Reference: przygotowanie do małżeństwa

Reference information:
W przygotowaniu do małżeństwa wyróżnia się trzy etapy
- przygotowanie dalsze,
- przygotowanie bliższe,
- przygotowanie bezpośrednie.

1. Przygotowanie dalsze.

3. Przygotowanie bezpośrednie.

Przygotowanie to obejmuje:
- spotkanie z duszpasterzem w kancelarii parafialnej przynajmniej na trzy miesiące przed planowanym ślubem, ustalenie terminu katechez przedślubnych, spotkań w poradni rodzinnej, udziału w dniu skupienia i rozmowy sprawdzającej wiedzę narzeczonych dotyczącą problematyki małżeństwa i rodziny;
