No wlasnie nie jestem tego taka pewna w tym krotkim kontekscie. 'Kontrakt o swiadczeniu pracy' to 'employment contract', 'swiadczenie uslug' to 'providing services'. 'Praca' natomiast po polsku moze znaczyc jej wykonywanie, jak rowniez jej zapewnianie (work vs employment). Bardzo prosze mnie przekonac jezeli ide za zlym tropem. Wydaje mi sie, ze polskie prawo raczej zajmuje sie 'employment relations', a moze nie?
