czy jest na to jakiś odpowiednik?

Na wniosek Klienta oraz według wyłącznego uznania Klienta Klient ma prawo zastąpić Wykonawcę na warunkach umowy podwykonawstwa lub umowy dalszej dostawy oraz otrzymywać dostawy bezpośrednio od takiego Podwykonawcy lub dalszego dostawcy, przy czym takie prawo do zastąpienia zostanie określone w umowach podwykonawstwa lub umowach dalszej dostawy.
