Polish term or phrase: zeń
Dwaj ogromni balneatorzy złożyli go właśnie na cyprysowej mensie, pokrytej śnieżnym egipskim byssem - i dłońmi, maczanymi w wonnej oliwie, poczęli nacierać jego kształtne ciało - on zaś z zamkniętymi oczyma czekał, aż ciepło laconicum i ciepło ich rąk przejdzie w niego i usunie zeń znużenie.

zen is the abbreviation from "z niego" so it can be either from it or from him. Your context is partially unreadable so I could not distinguish what variant it should be. But I hope that at least this will help you.

z niego

z niego, means from him, but i would rewrite "i usunie zen znuzenie" and make the fatigue disappear. I think it is best in given context
