dlaczego nie \'original gravity\' - teraz piwa produkuje sie w technologii \'high gravity\' - brzeczka jest warzona w duzym stezeniu (duzo wyzszy ekstrakt niz w wyrobie gotowym), a pozniej rozcienczana przed samym rozlewem z woda. wynika to z prob zwiekszenia mocy produkcyjnych - latwiej rozcienczac \'stezone\' piwo niz budowac nowe lezakownie, fermentownie, etc.
Kiedys rzeczywiscie to do bylo uwarzone bylo rozlewane, ale \"to se ne wrati\"

Explanation:
a według mnie chodzi o to: Until recently the strength of beer was quoted by "O.G." or Original Gravity. This was determined by how much sugar was dissolved in the liquor before the yeast was added. The more sugar the more alcohol will be present after fermentation. Hence a "high gravity" beer is a strong one.
