Polish to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Insurance
Polish term or phrase:Krajowa powtórna opinia medyczna
Term explained at the beginning of an General Ts&Cs of Insurance. The definition is as follows: przygotowana przez Konsultanta niezależna opinia medyczna w przypadku stwierdzenia wystąpienia u Ubezpieczonego Poważnego zachorowania. I understand the definition, but I'm having trouble coming up with a good option for the term itself. Any informed suggestions would be appreciated!
Explanation: I have a problem, how to translate "krajowa". I don't "feel" the context. I suppose, this is about a re-assessment performed/issued in the country where the insurance contract in question is being concluded. If this is the case, I would say, "medical re-assessment issued in" ... [the country's name] ". The term itself seems to me not quite compatible with its definition.
If I'm requested to attend a medical re-assessment while awaiting a tribunal, do I have to attend?
