Explanation:
domyślam się, że chodzi tu o wystające elementy konstrukcji, chociaż nic na potwierdzenie tego nie znalazłem w Google, gdzie najczęściej tym terminem określa się "pre-installed wiring" albo "blanked connections". Też nie za bardzo rozumiem, jak te ostatnie mogłyby pomniejszać metraż.
Mam nadzieję, że cokolwiek pomogłem, dzieląc się tu wątpliwościami.
