Polish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / postanowieni Prokuratury

res iudicata

Explanation:
Własnie skopiowałem ze słownika łacinskiego - czasami judicata
(res iudicata – powaga rzeczy osądzonej), ale możesz jeszcze tu poczytać

63. The German Government emphasises in particular that, in the matters of civil law within the scope of Regulation No 44/2001, a provisional measure is vested with only a limited finality as res judicata , whereas the judgment on the substance of the case acquires full finality as res judicata .

disagree  Polangmar: res iudicata to rzecz osądzona - powaga rzeczy osądzonej to auctoritas rei iudicatae: http://je.pl/qab1 (jednak ten łaciński termin w całości praktycznie nie występuje w tekstach anglosaskich, dlatego zaproponowałem authority of res judicata)

disagree  adamgajlewicz: "authority of res judicata" to "przegadana" res judicata.
