Transfer of the land to a (any) current owner of the lot Explanation: "Kazdoczesny" is a wordthat does not exist in Polish. It looks to me as legal slang written by an ignorant. It is my opinion that the best translation is "current". |

The British lawyers I am working for use the expressions above. By the way, "transfer", which someone suggested, really means "zbycie" and should be avoided for "przekazanie" which (at least without a context) suggests handing over rather than a transfer of title. |
