Mozna te 2 rodzaje kapitalowych tlumaczyc "na piechote", tak jak sie to robilo pod starym Kodeksem handlowym, mowiac odpowiednio "limited liability company" i "joint-stock company", a mozna je tez wrzucic do jednego worka z powodu tego, ze odpowiedzialnosc w obydwu przypadkach jest ograniczona do wysokosci udzialu.
