Dzięki! Prokurent pojawił się u mnie przy określaniu stron umowy, tj. umowa zawarta pomiędzy firmą X reprezentowaną przez p. Y, Prokurenta. Pytałam doświadczonego tłumacza, który powiedział, że to na pewno Commercial Representative, ale postanowiłam sprawdzić jeszcze tutaj. No i teraz mam jeszcze więcej wątpliwości :(
