obmurowanie głównych pni naczyniowych main vascular trunks/structures surrounded by infiltrate Explanation: "struktury szyi" to koniec poprzedniego sformułowania (naciek zajmuje okolicę [...], struktury szyi. Z obmurowaniem użyto w znaczeniu ściśle otaczając od zewnątrz. Być możę surrounded można ew. zamienić na bardziej wyraziste 'engulfed'? Obie propozycje nieco naokoło. Jakiś czas myślałem nad tym pytaniem i mam wrażenie, że istnieje ang. tłumaczenie wprost zwrotu "obmurowanie/tapetowanie przez naciek nowotworu". Niestety nie jestem sobie w stanie przypomnieć. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day21 hrs (2007-09-25 20:03:40 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Spróbuj zadać to pytanie na ang-ang, być może tam ktoś wpadnie na trafniejszą wersję. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days21 mins (2007-09-25 22:32:20 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Tapetowanie - chyba rzeczywiście od wewnątrz, ale radiolog wyraźnie pisze o procesie toczącym się zewnątrznaczyniowo. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 days30 mins (2007-09-25 22:42:12 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- chyba mam:
encasement
zob. http://www.ajronline.org/cgi/content/full/178/4/833 www.harrisonspractice.com/practice/ub/view/Harrisons_Practi... radiographics.rsnajnls.org/cgi/content/full/21/6/1573/F8C |
