Z tego, co widzę, Twój klient sporo różnych produktów oferuje. Najlepiej byłoby podpytać klienta o te trzpienie. Jeśli nie masz możliwości skonsultowania się - bezpiecznie chyba będzie użyć "dowel pin" (samo "dowel" jest zazwyczaj drewniane).

Zniknęła część mojej odpowiedzi, więc napiszę ponownie... :/

"Słownik inżynieryjno-budowlany angielsko-polski" PWT podaje, że "dowel" to łącznik używany w konstrukcjach drewnianych; "dowel" służy też do łączenia stykających się elementów kamiennych lub betonowych.

Zaś "dowel pin" jest elementem metalowym - dlatego wydaje się tu być odpowiednie.
