English translation:a very mystifying phrase. It means nothing in Polish and am trying to think what it could be
Explanation:
I came up with nothing so far. Choma e has no meaning itself and I don't know what it is a part of etc.

choma means nothing. \"i\" means \"and\" but choma is still a complete mystery. There is no such word in Polish.

choma does not mean \"nothing\", sorry. It has no meaning in Polish the way you wrote it and I can\'t think of anything resembling it that would suit your context. :(
