Hana
white-collar worker OR: office-worker
Explanation:
While a cleaning lady or a messenger may be "employees," they are not "pracownicy umyslowi," so I think it would be misleading (certainly in a sworn type of translation) to label them so on their birth certificates.

employee = a person employed for wages or salary, esp. at non-executive level;

wages = a fixed regular payment, usu. daily or weekly, made by an employer to an employee, esp. to a manual or unskilled worker;

salary = a fixed regular payment, usu. monthly or quarterly, made by an employer to an employee, esp. a professional or white-collar worker;

OFFICE-WORKER = an employee in a business office

WHITE-COLLAR WORKER = a worker engaged in clerical or administrative rather than manual work
