Explanation: There is no such title or degree in the English or American education system as 'habilitation'. We used to call a doctor with habilitation a docent. In English language a doc is an informal word used while adressing a medical or university doctor. Thus, if you want to put the titles 'profesor doctor habilitowany' in front of the name, you just put: 'Prof. dr.'
