Lekkie "odwrócenie kota ogonem" ;) ale jeśli w tekście potrzebne jest rozróżnienie między spoistością a jędrnością, to z tym wyrażeniem bym tworzyła zdanie (na wzór opisów kremu Vichy - linki poniżej). Bo jeśli nie trzeba różnicować, to sądzę, że "fermeté de la peau" mogłoby wystarczyć.
