Dobry wieczor,

mam problem z ww wyrazeniem. Chodzi o zmiane postanowien umowy miedzy 2 spolkami, z ktorej jedna jest wynajmujacym a druga najemca.
Cytat: "Wynajmujacy oswiadcza, ze zamierza dokonac podzialow i scalen nastepujacych dzialek: dzialka a, dzialka b, itd., skladajacych sie na nieruchomosc X i na nieruchomosc Y, i wydzielenia do nowej ksiegi wieczystej w taki sposob, aby powstala odrebna nieruchomosc o powierzchni ok. 0000m²".

Mam wprawdzie pewien pomysl, ale nie jestem pewna czy jest odpowiedni.

Dodam, ze pilne.

Asker: Merci David, j'ai finalement utilisé cette terminologie. Il y avait également le terme "mutation des parcelles" mais il m'a semblé moins approprié. Le terme "wydzielenie" en polonais est bien particulier, il faut l'admettre. Bonne journée!
