Körperschaftssteuer to oczywiscie podatek od osob prawnych,
a co do podatku od czynnosci prawnych, to osobiscie jest mi znany tylko podatek od czynnosci cywilno-prawnych i to tlumacze jako Steuer von zivilrechtlichen Handlungen
