Ouvidoria: é um setor da organização mais focado na solução de problemas que não foram solucionados por outros meios. Geralmente é uma das últimas instâncias que o cliente procura. Em órgãos públicos, recebe as reclamações e críticas dos cidadãos para aperfeiçoar a instituição.

agree  Helena Mader: Ótimo comentários, porque sim, depende do contexto - pode ser central de relacionamento com clientes (externos) - portanto algo como service center, ou contact center que vale geral,ou com os proprios funcionarios, muitas vezes um passo ANTES da ouvidoria
