agree  Helena Mader: Ótimo comentários, porque sim, depende do contexto - pode ser central de relacionamento com clientes (externos) - portanto algo como service center, ou contact center que vale geral,ou com os proprios funcionarios, muitas vezes um passo ANTES da ouvidoria
