Navy beans soup
Explanation:
The white beans soup is made with white beans that are very much like navy beans. I also had a lot of black beans soup with noodles when I was a child, but a reastaurant would more likely serve the white beans soup as an entrée.

Ingredients:

Butter, onions, garlic, veal, tomatoes, bay leaves, italian parsley, thym, whole cloves, black pepper and salt.

Here's a recipe in Portuguese:
Retire a vitela, o louro e a salsa. Devolva-a à sopa. Quando a sopa retomar a fervura, junte a salsa picada, misture bem e sirva-a bem quente.
