Can anybody tell me the official English name for this?
Thanks, George.

the Lisbon Company Registration Office
Explanation:
Just a minor addition to Silvestre's excellent answer. "XXX Company (or Companies)Registration Office" is what I use in this context.
However, the Anglo-Saxon genitive (Lisbon's) is, if not incorrect, certainly non-current and inelegant.

Lisbon's registry office of commerce

Explanation:
I am sure conservatória is registry office in English.
Mostly one can hear of land registry office which is the conservatória de registo predial. This text though is refering to registo comercial so that is my suggestion for you.
hope it helps!

Em Ingalterra, chamamos a uma conservatoria do registo comercial:
" Companies House ", mas se quer traduzir a letra, penso que a traducao mais apropriada seria:"Lisbon's Company Registration Office"
