Just a minor addition to Silvestre's excellent answer. "XXX Company (or Companies)Registration Office" is what I use in this context.
However, the Anglo-Saxon genitive (Lisbon's) is, if not incorrect, certainly non-current and inelegant.

Mostly one can hear of land registry office which is the conservatória de registo predial. This text though is refering to registo comercial so that is my suggestion for you.
