Portuguese to English Other Construction / Civil Engineering office layouts

this is in a list of works planned to be carried out in order to redesign an office. On the list it comes after 'execucao de cabine secundaria' 'fornecimento de no-breaks', 'fornecimento' de gerador' and before ' fornecimento de ar condicionado'.

I'm thinking it might be the area of the office where staff sit...any ideas? I'm not necessarily looking for a standard phrase - I'd just like some suggestions as to the meaning of this phrases. Thanks!
