Body corporate

I think the correct answer will depend on the country relating to the source language. In Australia, this would be the term. I don't know if it is applicable in other places.

"Role of the body corporate

The role of a body corporate in Queensland is to maintain, manage, control, and make decisions about common property for the benefit of all of the owners.
What is a body corporate?

A body corporate is a legal entity—a group of owners acting as one—which is created when land is subdivided and registered under the Land Title Act 1994 (PDF) to establish a community titles scheme. All of the owners in a community titles scheme are automatically members of the body corporate when they buy their lot."

This also applies to apartments or any other multi tenent/owner dwellings that share common areas.

I think this question is related to financial and it is talking about an investment fund (fundo). It has nothing to do with owners of any type of land or apartment or whatsoever.

In English the owners of shares of an investment fund are called shareholders.

Condôminos (fundo de investimentos)
Investors; Fund Investors

Sugestão, considerando que a PaulaEsp disse que se trata de fundo de investimentos [e não de condomínios imobiliários].

INVESTMENT FUND'= A supply of capital belonging to numerous investors that is used to collectively purchase securities while each investor retains ownership and control of his or her own shares. An investment fund provides a broader selection of investment opportunities, greater management expertise and lower investment fees than investors might be able to obtain on their own. Types of investment funds include mutual funds, exchange traded funds, money market funds and hedge funds.

'INVESTMENT FUND' =Individual investors do not make decisions about how a fund's assets should be invested. They simply choose which fund to invest in based on its goals, risk, fees and other factors. A fund manager actually oversees the fund and decides which securities it should hold, in what quantities and when they should be bought and sold. (...)

Invest Wisely: An Introduction to Mutual Funds

Over the past decade, American investors increasingly have turned to mutual funds to save for retirement and other financial goals. Mutual funds can offer the advantages of diversification and professional management. But, as with other investment choices, investing in mutual funds involves risk. (...)

This brochure explains the basics of mutual fund investing — how mutual funds work, what factors to consider before investing, and how to avoid common pitfalls.

Affordability — Some mutual funds accommodate investors who don't have a lot of money to invest by setting relatively low dollar amounts for initial purchases, subsequent monthly purchases, or both.

Liquidity — Mutual fund investors can readily redeem their shares at the current NAV — plus any fees and charges assessed on redemption — at any time.
