Cumulative offense

Explanation:

It is a divisible offense. It can also be a crime that includes one or more crimes of lesser grade. For example, murder is a divisible offense comprising of assault, battery, and assault with intent to kill."

Asker: Mas "assault, battery, and assault with intent to kill" fazem parte do mesmo crime (murder).

multiple concurrent crimes

Explanation:
https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/content/sentencing-multiple-and-rep...

Most offenders appearing for sentence have multiple concurrent crimes or multiple previous crimes. This pattern is found in all countries. When the offender has been convicted of multiple crimes, the sentencing exercise becomes much more complicated. Assigning a sentence for each crime as though it were the only crime leads to very excessive punishments. For this reason courts around the world have devised different ways of sentencing an offender for many crimes rather than a single offence. Despite the prevalence and importance of the problem, there is only a limited scholarship on which to draw.

Asker: Thanks, Gilmar, but that's not it. There are two types within the multiple crimes - the same type of crime committed at different times (homogéneo) or completely different crimes (heterogéneo). Anyway, yesterday I consulted with someone in the field and after a long search I found 'multiform offence', so I'm going with that. But thanks, anyway! :)
