some comments on my answer Explanation: I have used beyond the legal significance of the deed, because you have specifically said that it has not to do with payment of money. It could still imply " tax implications". probably someone is fighting for a share in the property where perhaps tax buden on his share of property may be raised by the lawyer. You can judge it better. |
