>> see below << Explanation: Unfortunately, there is no succinct equivalent in English for "interdito". I've based the following suggestion on the definition that appears in the Portguese-English Dictionary by James Taylor, published by the Stanford University Press. "A interdição e inabilitação definitivas, a tutela de menores ou interditos, a administração de bens de menores e a curadoria de inabilitados;" = "Placement under permanent judicial restraint; full disability; guardianship of minors or individuals who have been placed under judicial restraint; control and management of the assets of minors; and custody and care of disabled persons;" Therefore, 1) inabilitação definitiva = placement under permanent judicial restraint 2) tutela de interditos = guardianship of individuals who have been placed under judicial restraint 3) curadoria de inabilitados = custody and care of disabled persons -- Boa sorte! |
