This is very hard to translate. Usually found as "polo industrial." In this case "center" might do just as well.

In any case, "pole" is much too literal and not sufficiently idiomatic in US English. A so-so translated website might well use it, of course.

Se for relacionado ao turismo, atividades turísticas,"attraction" é o suficiente no contexto de propaganda, agora se o texto estiver relacionado a parte comercial ou mesmo industrial, então a nossa colega está corretíssima.
