Portuguese term or phrase: vazio no tempo parenquimatoso
"Ausência de outra lesão vascular obstrutiva, aneurismal ou malformativa arteriovenosa cerebral. Ausência de vazio no tempo parenquimatoso."

"Time" seems to refer to chronological time, but I can't confirm whether "parenchymal time" is the correct expression.
As for "vazio", I'm really at a loss. Maybe a "gap"?

Thank you for your help!

gap in parenchymal time
Explanation:
parenchymal time is measuring transit time so I think gap would be correct. Although "difference" is often used as well if measuring left to right comparisons. If there are measurements left/right go with difference, if not, gap works great I think.
