Paper desk

Explanation:
Papeleira ->paper desk
Estante -> book case (a piece of furniture with bookshelves)

Sometimes a estante can have an embedded papeleira.

paper holder

Explanation:
"Paper Desk" gets the message across, but it could also be understood to mean "a desk made out of paper", which is silly. I have been to the Porto Editora website and while "Bureau/Desk" may be a valid translation, that website is according to Portugal's Dialect of Portuguese. So I guess it depends on which dialect you are translating. Estante in Brazilian Portuguese seems to be more of a "bookcase." There isn't a better way to translate this word.

bookshelf/bookshelves//bookcase/stationery shelf/stationerycupboard

Explanation:
It's not quite clear which word you need.

bookshelf could be just a simple unit of 1/2 shelf/shelves

bookcase is a big unit designed to hold principally books, but may include a small cupboard or drawer or two

stationaey refers to paper and similar items (pens etc) used for paperwork, thus a shelf for a simple unit, or a cupboard for a larger unit.

I'm assuming that you're interested in storing stuff rather than working on it, thus I exclude desk, bureau (=writing table/desk)
