WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement

in witness whereof, essentially means to attest to something in the document being signed, but in your case, Justas e Avindas, should be added “ WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement” or just Agreed, depending on the context, considering the meaning of “Avindas” is agreed.
It all depends on the context as it is impossible to know if we cannot see the full sentence.
Example sentence:

WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Agreement

WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have agreed
