Portuguese term or phrase: ença, axiomática (urgent!)
Naturalmente, qualquer medida difusa, nomeadamente qualquer medida de crença, ença, que obedeça à axiomática estabelecida é caracterizadora de relevância.
(Naturally, any fuzzy method, specifically any belief measurement.....that complies with the established....., is charactereistic of relevance)

I would be grateful for help with the missing bits

English translation:ença /axiomática
Explanation:
"ença" is a sufix in Portuguese meaning action, result of an action or state and it is used in words such as "crença", "doença", and so on, but never alone. I think it's a very strange word in an Engineering context. I would say that probably there was a mistake in typing "crença" instead of "crena" - which in Portuguese means hollow or space between teeth.

Naturally, any fuzzy measure, particularly, any hollow or space between teeth measure, following the established axiomatic is considered relevance.

Although the context had nothing remotely to do with, you did give me an important clue - that it was possibly a typing error. Thanks.

Explanation:
I agree it is a typo, so you might fudge it a little as follows:

..., namely any measure of credence, etc...., that obeys the established axioms, is a characterizer of relevance ...
