Sans autre contexte, je suggère cette tradcuction si la société a été constituée dans un but bien précis. Peut-être le reste du texte permet-il de tirer cette conclusion ? Il me semble que "empresa veículo" est la traduction de l'anglais "special purpose vehicle".
