Je ne suis pas sûr de comprendre. Le début de la phrase semble vouloir dire qu'un acte authentique du contrat a été dressé (sous entendu par le notaire). Mais le sujet de "outourgou" semble être le "gestor de negôcios".

Quelqu'un y voit-il plus clair ?
