(man könnte es auch einfach mit "Jahresabschluss und Jahreserklärung" übersetzen - finde ich aber etwas zu weit weg vom Original)

...bin noch nicht ganz glücklich mit der Übersetzung, vielleicht fällt ja Anke noch etwas Besseres ein.
