Com o tombamento, o poder público preserva os bens culturais que, sob o ponto de vista histórico, artístico, científico ou afetivo, possuem excepcional valor individual... A Constituição Brasileira atribui a responsabilidade da preservação dos bens tombados aos poderes executivos nos âmbitos federal, estadual e municipal".
Anche se "Stato" nella mia traduzione può sembrare impreciso, agli occhi di un italiano che legge darebbe semplicemente l'idea che il bene immobile in questione è protetto da un ente non privato.
