a list of various industries in Brazil (and how they are impacted by cascading taxes). The latter is very much within my field the term I'm looking for is way out of it!!!

THanks for any ideas since the best I've come up with is vegetable product enhancement, which doesn't sound like an industry to me!

The problem is what to do with "produtos vegetais" - it could cover both fruits and vegetables, I should think, but I'm not sure. Usually the Brazilian term for fruits and vegetables involves "horticultura and fruitcultura."
