English translation:CM may be "correcao monetaria" - monetary correction
Explanation:
CM -DPR could be "monetary correction -depreciation" Sounds awkward, but for Brazil it's ok - reader will instantly recognize it. Indexation is more eloquent, though.

I know all the Brazilian taxes and don't recognize CMG at all.

tipo bordero - you use the French word, but I can't recall what it means right now. That's the only one of your list I know. I wish you'd said what country you are dealing with - I have mainly Brazil terms
