fantasy mark

Explanation:
This term was used at a Brazilian law firm where I once worked, but I have not been able to confirm it anywhere, and neither "marca artifice" nor any English similar is among the many "marks" in my WIPO glossary (World Intellectual Property Organization), which may be out of date. The closest is "marca figuarativa" which they translate inelegantly as "figurative mark" but I have been told to use "device mark."
