Frankly, I think I need more context. Our learnéd colleague "Heathcliff" is usually on target, so I hate to disagree with her.

However, unless "reivindicação de cores" is a bad translation into Portuguese of "claimed colors" (simply the colors mentioned in the trademark application), a "reivindicação" always denotes a recovery of some thing or right taken by another, or, as this is known in frozen standard legalese, a REPLEVIN).

Perhaps it would be usefull to have more context to make a determination, but again, "reivindicação" implies an attempt to recover what is rightfully one's own, i.e., a REPLEVIN.
