rationing, rental property market Explanation: Unless context indicates otherwise, I think "rationing" is the only answer here. I have to assume, too, that the "alugeis" are rents paid for apartments, for residential property, not the leasing of equipment or industrial facilities. |

rationing, rental markets Explanation: Applications: minimum and maximum prices, rationing, labor and rental markets etc. Again, these are basic economics terms. Note that in English, "rent" has two meanings in economics. I am assuming here that it has to do with property markets (economically speaking, rent is any payment involved in property transactions, not just what we call "rent" in day-to-day usage). This is the more common usage. At the same time "rent" can refer to any payment to factors of production more broadly, not just property. |
