English translation:Principles of public and private law.
Explanation:
Principles of public and private law.

1) Natural person and incorporated person. Incorporated person classification.
2) Miscarriage of justice - wrongful acts.
3) Types of matrimonial property - legal aspects.
4) Civil obligations. Concept, sources. Classification, types of obligation aspects, and extinctions of obligations in law.

"Micarriage of justice"(MISCARRIAGE - By the English statute of frauds it is enacted that "no action shall be brought to charge the defendant upon any special promise to answer for the debt, default, or miscarriage of another person, unless the agreement," etc. "shall be in writing," etc. The word miscarriage, in this statute comprehends that species of wrongful act, for the consequences of which the law would make the party civilly responsible.

"Types of matrimonial property - Legal aspects."

OBLIGATION - The requirement to do what is imposed by law, promise, or contract; a duty. (www.lectlaw.com)

Public and Private Institutions

Explanation:
"Types of institution"
2) "defeitos" (?) Outra possibilidade seria "miscarriage of justice" - se fôr "erro" é a expressão correcta.
3)Conjugal assets; type of matrimonial (conjugal) ownership.
4)Obligation rights ? Não tem sentido, acho que "obrigações" aqui significa "shares, bonds, equities, investiments"- ficaria "legal right to the investiments (equities)". Definition, sources.
Classification. Investiment figures (amount). Equities expiring dates ou "cessation of liabilities" - precisa ver o contexto.
